NetSocket, a company specializing in network service assurance solutions for unified communications in enterprise and service provider environments, has introduced its CEM 2000 Series of products.
Designed specifically for remote and branch offices, the new Cloud Experience Manager (CEM) offers help in analyzing the network issues and cuts down problem resolution time by more than 70 percent. This way it brings down the total cost of ownership (TCO), while offering a superior user experience.
Apart from monitoring, CEM offers IP network information correlation. CEM automatically correlates session, content and topology data in real time, without probes, enabling managers to anticipate, isolate and remediate network problems.
In addition, the first of the new CEM 2000 Series provides an enhanced UC service assurance management interface, with a single-pane-of-glass view encompassing session, content and topology data. This provides clear visibility of the user experience immediately, as well as proactive problem identification. Should any issues emerge, it’s immediately remedied and reported.
"Our research shows that organizations are increasingly looking to expand the benefits of network performance management solutions to more locations and users. By offering multiple network service management options to extend network visibility further out into enterprise remote sites, NetSocket's CEM 2000 is meeting the needs of a broader range of customers and enabling more organizations to leverage its solutions," said Bojan Simic, president and principal analyst, TRAC Research.
The CEM 2000 can be an ideal resource for businesses with many remote employees, as well as the remote employees themselves. The visibility and control it offers is particularly nice, which keeps productivity up, total cost of ownership down and issues minimal and handled quickly.
John White, CEO and president of NetSocket, said that CEM has a single-system architecture that easily scales to large, medium and small environments.
“With CEM 2000, customers have a fully featured CEM appliance that allows them to extend network visibility to all users in their enterprise regardless of location," White added.
The CEM 2000 appliance is currently available with a starting price of $800.
