ICAP Patent Brokerage Intellectual Property Auctions Telecom Unification Service Portfolio

This portfolio reveals telecommunication services that bring together various communication mediums such as mobility, IM chat, PSTN, VoIP, and SMS. A user makes a decision about which communication medium to use to contact a recipient in traditional telecom services. The caller has to manually select an alternate mode of communication if the call fails. Also, according to a user-specified list, there are certain service providers who automatically transfer a voice call to alternate numbers.

Recently, ICAP Patent Brokerage announced it is providing a two-way SMS messaging solution from Bulletin.net Inc., for sale. The cloud-based solution is created to facilitate a two-way text SMS messaging services between an IP application and a wireless communication device. Between Web apps and mobile devices, the technology can be utilized to send and receive SMS text communication. The communications can be application-to-person (A2P) or Web-to-mobile communications.
